Let the celebration continue. . .

I know Dr. Seuss's birthday was last week, and you might be all "Seussed" out, but March is "National Reading Month!"  I just saw some of the cutest activities on one of my favorite sites. If you're all finished up, you can save these ideas for next year, or if you still planning on doing more with Dr. Seuss you could incorporate some of these.  We are actually going to continue with a few more Dr. Seuss activities next week...check them out at Skip to My Lou!

I made the Thing 1 and Thing 2 cupcakes on Wednesday---but BEWARE----put the cotton candy on LAST! My beautiful cupcakes were finished Tuesday night, and when I awoke Wednesday morning, the 'hair' had become a hard crunchy shell (no more cute puffy hair). I had to "reapply" secretly in my room during centers....
